Jessica is a registered Osteopath, graduating from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), formally known as the BSO. Alongside her Masters degree in Osteopathy, she is trained in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling. She uses a variety of different treatments to suit the individual, these include soft tissue massage, manipulations, and strain counter strain and more.

Health, fitness and sport has played a huge part in Jessica’s Life, being a competitive hockey player and enjoying yoga practice. Using her knowledge of many different sports to help create a personal functional treatment and management plan to help patients reach their goals in pain reduction, improving function and prevent injury.

Jessica has experience in helping patients who are living with chronic life changing health conditions which could be affecting not only the muscular-skeletal system, but all other systems in the body. She plans to do further courses in the future to enhance her learning and management strategies to give her patients the best quality of life possible.
